Donnie Harper’s diverse background and extensive experience in the Richmond marketplace gives Alliance a friendly and familiar face. Donnie founded and served as President for a Richmond based commercial moving and document management company for 13 years prior to becoming a principal and a founding partner in Alliance Business Interiors. His background includes experience in commercial moving, operations, management, distribution, scheduling and problem solving.

Harriett Waldrop, a founding partner in Alliance Business Interiors, has many years of experience in the industry. She has worked as an account manager for companies offering Herman Miller and Steelcase products in the Richmond, Virginia area. Harriett has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/ Interior Design from Mary Baldwin College.
